We offer a Property Refurbishment Project Management service where we can help you with anything from arranging the relevant tradespeople, instructing on works required, coordinating tradespeople, attending site, negotiation, inspecting the various stages of work to ensure it's to a high standard, signing off the work and completion certificates where applicable.

We have a list of trades contacts that we trust and use on a regular basis so you can feel reassured that they are professionals with the relevant insurances, qualifications and experience.
